• 10. Our Mobile Apps (Goal Boss Notes & Listen Up!)

  Our iPhone apps sign you in with Apple, so we receive the identifier Apple gives us and, if you choose to share it, your name and email. We use these to create and secure your account.

  Goal Boss Notes records the meetings you ask it to and sends that audio to our servers to transcribe it and write your notes. You can delete any recording, which removes it from our servers.

  Listen Up! works differently. It measures how much you talk during a meeting entirely on your phone. Your audio is never recorded, uploaded, or shared. Only the resulting numbers, such as your talk-time percentage and your Listen Score, are saved to your account so you can see them over time.

  Neither app sells your data or shares it with advertisers, and neither includes third-party tracking.
